English Hadith - Part 14

He who fasts in Ramadan, due to Iman and hoping for reward [from Allah] then his past sins are forgiven. (Muslim)

Fasting is a shield. (Muslim)

Narrated Aisha: Allah's Messenger (PBUH) said, "Search for the Night of Qadr in the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan. (Bukhari)

Take Suhoor [pre-dawn meal before fasting] as there is a blessing in it. (Bukhari)

Recite the Qur'an for the Qur'an will intercede for the reciter on the Day of Judgement. (Muslim)

The people will remain on the right path as long as they hasten the breaking of the fast. (Bukhari)

There is a gate in Paradise called Ar-Raiyan, and those who observe fasts will enter through it on the Day of Resurrection. (Bukhari)

Whoever prays Fajr is under the protection of Allah. (Muslim)

No son can repay [the kindness shown by his father] unless he finds him a slave and buys him and emancipates him. (Muslim)
